“Great itinerary and guide, way better than the other tours our friends experienced with the offerings from the cruise line. Only thing, is our bus was brutal, no leg room, cramped, seats would not stay upright making things tighter, and very rough/noisy ride overall. This should be addressed - hard to recommend being bounced around in a cramped cabin for several hours.”

“The tour was interesting but to be honest there is not a lot to see (at least of interest in us) in Messina. We did enjoy the noon show of the cathedral bell tower. The guide did a good job with what she had to work with. The cannoli's at the end were delicious. Unfortunately at end of tour most shops and businesses closed for a few hours in the afternoon, so we just returned to the ship.”

“Sicily stole my heart as well as Marisa, Fulvio and Alessandro! This amazing trio was a perfect addition to an amazing vaction we were enjoying. They made us feel so welcomed and special. They treated us to some amazing canolies and almond liqueur at a wild and crazy bar in Castelmola. Great spots for pictures and Taormina was spectacular as well. Marisa provided the history and Fulvio was our driver. Genuine kind hearted loving people who I would recommend in a heart beat. They showed a lot of love to Louie one of our family members with down syndrom and made him feel so special as well as the rest…”

“This was an amazing tour. Seeing where the Godfather film was shot was a good experience. There are excellent opportunities to do higher end shopping on this tour. Alessandra did a wonderful job. Walking was not that strenuous.”

“We had an incredible time on this tour from the Messina cruise port. The communication is fantastic. We received a text (whatsApp) as to who and where to meet several days prior to arrival. Carmello is a fabulous guide. He gave a great lesson on the entire island of Sicily, including its Culture, Geography, and History. We learned about the different regions of the island and their regional agriculture. I recommend the fresh orange juice, arancini, and canola (cannoli). As for the mountain, it is frigid and windy. We went in early October. Thank goodness I had my wind Jacket with hat/gloves. We ascended to 2000m, which is about 2/3…”

“We saw the beautiful countryside on the drive from Port to Taormina which is about an hour. Alessandra our tour guide was amazing and we learned lots of history during the drive.. Taormina has a lot of shopping a couple of church’s, restaurants. We then took the boat tour, which I expected to be very short, but it wasn’t. It was a nice tour our boat captain enjoyed his job and made sure w head a great time. We even had time for a swim in the Ionian Sea. Alessandra and boat captain shared Italian treats with us and that was an unexpected surprise.”
