He came to pick people up in a timely manner and was very clear about departure times when we visited different places. He was also kind to pick me up all the way from the Trapani-Erice cable car. During the ride, we listened to an audio about the salt pans in Italian and English and in the museum, one could choose to get the English or Italian tour, which was great.
