We did visit Erice and had lunch, although it was neither particularly generous nor varied—especially considering the rather steep price of the event. However, the second promised town, Marsala, was skipped altogether. So, do be careful and make sure you’re actually getting what was promised and paid for.”

The tour covered the Florio Winery and some of the Trapani salt pans, both absolutely fascinating and such important parts of Sicily’s history. Alessio was full of information, very personable, responsive and punctual. He indulged my flamingo chasing desires by stopping at little points to let me try to take photos. He also gave us great recommendations for Trapani and Erice. Highly recommend this experience. Just want to come back to western Sicily immediately— still so much to see!”

“We enjoyed very much our wellness say! Rhe olace has 2 pools with saline water at different density. You can float and relax in the waters. There is also a restaurant with very good food and some longchairs for an afternoon nap. We initially thought to stay just 2h but it was so relaxing that we stayed the all day! We were lucky cause there were only max 10people so it was very quiet”

Come però fuori dal comune la parte docce. Esterne fredde, all’interno una singola doccia ricavata dentro un bagno, aspetti molto. No Phon o prodotti per lavarsi, in un resort sul benessere mi aspetterei un livello diverso dal lido di paese. La cena di ottima qualità, anche in paragone con il prezzo. Aldilà di gusti e voracità, piatti di qualità magari poco abbondanti ma sicuramente…”
