“This was a really interesting trip to a wonderful family-owned winery high on the slopes of Etna. We were able to try four of the wines they produce - two from Etna and two from their other Sicilian vineyards - along with local cheeses, olive oils and spices. Afterwards you get a short tour of the areas where the wine is produced and bottled. The glasses are generously filled and the staff talk you through the tastings, providing lots of background information. We also got to meet the Winery owner-founders - husband and wife - who, despite their advancing years, like to meet every tour party. Overall, we highly recommend…”
