“Absolutely fantastic experience! I was expecting to learn about making pizza but was taught 3 types of pasta too. Very hands-on, informative, but most of all a lot of fun. Paolo was brilliant. So much energy and interesting information, he really made the evening. We had a break for wine and nibbles before going on to the pizza itself and were involved at every stage, even going into the working kitchen to finish the toppings and place the pizzas in the oven. Then the feast, enjoying the fruits of our labour, which were plentiful, I think we all took leftovers home. Overall I cannot fault this experience. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!!!”
